As a Certified Professional Inspector trained by NACHI and a licensed building contractor and roofer I have the knowledge to spot problems with materials, installations and workmanship that other inspectors might miss.

I am a native of Florida, who was born and raised in the Panhandle. I have lived in Central Florida for the last 24 years and counting. My father worked in the construction industry for most of my life. After graduating from college, I was a high school mathematics teacher and coach for 10 years. I then decided to leave the teaching profession and pursue a career in construction industry. I have worked as a worker’s compensation underwriter and field investigator/safety representative in the professional employer industry (PEO) for the last 27 years.

I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, which ensures that you receive a detailed and accurate home inspection. I also abide by strict Code of Ethics, which puts your interest first and protects your right as a consumer.
